1 (16-ounce) jar of hamburger dill pickle chips
8 ounces of shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Absorb any excess liquid from your pickles by pressing them between two paper towels and set aside.
Using half of the cheese, sprinkle a thin, even layer of Parmesan across the baking sheet.
Arrange the hamburger pickles in a single layer on the baking sheet covered with Parmesan.
Top the pickles with the remaining Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool for 10 minutes before breaking apart and enjoying.
Notes
TO STORE: Store leftover fried pickles in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
TO FREEZE: Let the pickles cool completely, then place them in a freezer-safe container and freeze for up to 2 months.
TO REHEAT: Reheat the fried pickles in an air fryer or oven until warm.
