Enjoy a quick, low-carb treat with 2-Ingredient Keto Cheese Pickle Chips. Made with tangy pickles and crispy baked cheese, they’re a delicious snack for any keto diet!

 

Ingredients

1 (16-ounce) jar of hamburger dill pickle chips

8 ounces of shredded Parmesan cheese


Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Absorb any excess liquid from your pickles by pressing them between two paper towels and set aside.

Using half of the cheese, sprinkle a thin, even layer of Parmesan across the baking sheet.

Arrange the hamburger pickles in a single layer on the baking sheet covered with Parmesan.

Top the pickles with the remaining Parmesan cheese.

Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Cool for 10 minutes before breaking apart and enjoying.
