Description

This bariatric seed tea recipe combines cumin, fennel, and ajwain to naturally enhance metabolism, promote better digestion, and support healthy weight loss.

Ingredients

Scale

1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)

1 tsp fennel seeds (saunf)

1 tsp ajwain (carom seeds)

3 cups filtered water

Optional: ginger or lemon

Instructions

Add all seeds to 3 cups of water in a saucepan.

Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat.

Reduce to simmer and brew for 10 minutes.

Strain into mug and add lemon or ginger if desired.

Drink warm on an empty stomach or before meals.

Notes

You can reduce ajwain if the taste is too strong.

Do not boil aggressively—slow simmer retains nutrients.

Drink fresh or store in fridge for up to 24 hours.
