Ingredients
1 teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon of honey optional
1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper optional
Instructions
Start by boiling 2 cups of water in a pot.
Once it reaches a boil, take it off the heat and allow it to cool for about a minute.
Next, add 1 teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt to the water and stir until it dissolves completely.
Then, mix in 1 tablespoon of lemon juice along with 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar.
If you like, you can also add 1 teaspoon of honey and 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper for an extra kick and added health benefits.
Give it a good stir and let it cool a bit before serving.
Notes
Add Ginger: For an extra digestive boost, add a pinch of grated ginger.
Skip Honey: Omit honey for a low-sugar version.
